Shipping Policies
When you place an order, Aquapoolshop will estimate shipping and delivery dates. These dates are based on product availability and payment processing time. Aquapoolshop does not begin processing your order until all the information for full payment and authorization is received. For in-stock items, Aquapoolshop prioritizes the prompt shipment of your merchandise by making it our goal to ship your order within 48 hours of its placement, excluding weekends and holidays. For items on back order, Aquapoolshop will ship your merchandise as soon as it is received. In case of a back order, we will provide you with an approximate shipping time immediately.
The exact shipping cost of your order will be calculated before finalizing your payment. If you require Next Day/Overnight or any other special shipping requests, please contact our customer service department for a price quote.

Return Policies
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Aquapoolshop is glad to refund or exchange any new and unused (non-defective) merchandise within 10 days of receipt. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked original packaging including all parts, accessories, manuals, documentation that shipped with the product. We cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from customer misuse or negligence.
Aquapoolshop will asses a 35% restocking fee for any returned merchandise plus the original shipping charges. These charges apply to refused items as well. All charges related to the return of any item(s), including shipping charges, remain the responsibility of the customer. You may return your product(s) after acquiring authorization from Aquapoolshop. If a product is returned, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit ! To obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization Number, please contact our customer service department via e-mail, prior to returning merchandise. If you receive a Return Authorization we will advise the correct shipping address for your return.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless you received an item in error.
Please note that Aquapoolshop is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. We recommend that you inspect the merchandise directly upon delivery and if physical damage is detected, a customer must obtain a note from the driver recording the damage at the time of merchandise acceptance. You must also contact the shipping carrier immediately after noting the damage in order to file an insurance claim. If assistance is needed in the claiming process, Aquapoolshop will be happy to help. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be resolved therefore with the carrier.
Aquapoolshop strives to make the exchange process for our customers simple and hassle-free. If customer returns merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase and the return is a result of an error concerning an incorrect item, Aquapoolshop will pay the return shipping costs and promptly ship out the correct item. to receive a Merchandise Return Authorization Number. Please note that Aquapoolshop reserves the right to refuse any products shipped without a return authorization number issued by us.
All returned products are subject to inspection before a return credit can be approved. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once shipment and payment method is confirmed! Our automated system processes orders immediately and sends them straight to one of our fulfillment centers.
Exceptions to the Merchandise Returns Policy Above
- Electronic items, such as, but not limited to light bulbs and light components are NON-RETURNABLE.
- Pool Cleaners, light fixtures and light bulbs are NON-RETURNABLE.
- Any item used or installed or damaged in the process are NON-RETURNABLE.

Site Pricing
While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. If a site price is incorrect on an item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately and let you know the actual price and will try to accommodate the best we can the situation.
AquaPoolShop.com reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason, and to modify or amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Delays
Aquapoolshop shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery resulting from acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control. Our specified ship dates for your order(s) are based on the representations of the shipping agents we are working with. We will not be held liable for any special damages or consequential claims of the merchandise purchased if merchandise is not shipped on the specified date or is delayed in transit.
Sales Tax
Aquapoolshop is required to collect applicable sales tax in all European countries.
